Our firm was hired by the City of Miami Beach in 2007 to redesign the Normandy Shores Golf Club. The legendary course had a long and very colorful history. The land for the golf course was donated to the City of Miami Beach by M. C. Gryzmish on January 4, 1928. A year later the City took position of the land.
