Janine took the time to answer all our questions and through-out the entire process from initial viewing, price negotiation, execution of the contract, financing to closing Janine was more of an asset than I ever imagined an agent could be. We live in Pennsylvania and without Janine’s help during the appraisal process and inspection it would have been very difficult to complete the purchase without multiple trips to FL. She stayed in close communication with us and sometimes late at night when things needed done.
