Slammer & Squire is named for legendary Hall of Famers “Slammin” Sam Snead and Gene “The Squire” Sarazen. They partnered with architect Bobby Weed to create this impressive par 72 tree-lined course which features gentle rolling fairways and challenging lakes. The 6,939-yard course is distinguished by memorable par 3’s, and for its preservation of the woodlands, wetlands and natural beauty of St. Augustine.
Both courses feature chilled apples on the first and tenth holes, complimentary range balls, and Global Positioning System (GPS) in every cart.

Inside the hotel, Renaissance guests also can enjoy a professional golf simulator, where you can play on simulated greens of 22 top-ranked courses.
Just a chip shot from the resort, guests will find The World Golf Hall of Fame’s 18-hole championship putting course, the 132-yard Island Challenge Hole, modeled after the celebrated 17th Hole of the Stadium Course at TPC at Sawgrass, an IMAX® Theater, and the Walk of Champions with bricks commemorating golf legends.
