Titleist
910D Driver
The
new Titleist 910D driver features the new SureFit Tour (SFT)
dual-angle hosel. SFT is innovative, patented technology that
allows the loft and lie to be independently adjusted and set.
The ability to independently adjust loft and lie allows
ball flight to be optimized both high and low, and for more fade
or draw.
Titleist 910
drivers are available in two models that provide distinct levels
of forgiveness and shot control. The 910D2 features a 460cc
full-pear shaped head designed for maximum playability and forgiveness,
promoting a straighter ball flight with higher launch and low-to-mid
spin. The 910D3 features a 445cc classic-pear shaped head design
that produces a boring flight. The 910D3 also promotes a straighter
ball flight with low spin, and provides increased workability
favored by many tour players.
Both the 910D2
and 910D3 utilize Titleist's new SureFit Tour dual-angle hosel,
a breakthrough in fitting technology inspired by the bending
of metal woods on Tour to achieve more precise ball flight through
the adjustment of loft and lie angle.

TaylorMade R11
Driver
TaylorMade
Golf has introduced the new R11 driver with Adjustable Sole Plate
(ASP) technology, which is characterized by red sole plate that,
when rotated, changes the way the clubhead rests on the ground,
which changes the clubface angle. In addition to ASP, the R11
also features TaylorMade's proven Flight Control Technology,
which allows you to change the loft, and Movable Weight Technology,
which allows you to change the head's CG location. Together,
these three technologies allow the golfer to adjust the R11 to
any one of 48 combinations of face angle, loft and CG.
TaylorMade says
that this wide range of adjustability promotes up to 100 yards
of side-to-side trajectory change to help you hit the ball longer
and straighter. In addition to its new ASP technology, the R11
driver is easily distinguished by its white crown color and black
PVD face, which is said to provide optimum contrast against the
ground to make aiming significantly easier.
